Letters To God

I look at your smile in face
So weird and yet have some strength
You take a glimpse around this place and you make the best of everything

* You give me hope in spite of everything
You show me love even we so much pain
So I take this life and live like I was given another try

We laugh, we cry
Sometimes we’re broken and we don’t know why
And I’m tired and I lose my way
You help me to find it all

Repeat *

Just give me another try

Repeat *

- one of the songs in Letters to God. :)

A nice movie.

It made me cry.. Heart felt. :)

The Duck

There was a little boy visiting his grandparents on their farm. And he was given a slingshot to play with out in the woods. He practiced in the woods but he could never hit the target. And getting a little discouraged; he headed back to dinner.

As he was walking back he saw Grandma’s pet duck. Just out of impulse, he let it fly, hit the duck square in the head, and killed it. He was shocked and grieved.

In a panic, he hid the dead duck in the wood pile, only to see his sister watching. Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing.

After lunch that day grandma said, "Sally, let’s wash the dishes."

But Sally said, "Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in the kitchen today, didn’t you,Johnny?" And then she whispered to him, "Remember, the duck?"

So Johnny did the dishes.

Later, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go fishing, and Grandma said, "I’m sorry but I need Sally to help make supper." But Sally smiled and said,

"Well, that’s all right, because Johnny told me he
wanted to help." And she whispered again, "Remember, the duck?"

So Sally went fishing and Johnny stayed.

After several days of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally’s, he finally couldn’t stand it any longer. He came to Grandma and confessed that he killed the duck.

She knelt down, gave him a hug, and said, "Sweetheart,I know. You see, I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing. But because I love you, I forgave you. But I was just wondering how long you would let Sally
make a slave of you."

I don’t know what’s in your past. I don’t know what one sin the enemy keeps throwing up in your face. But whatever it is, I want you to know
something.

The Lord Jesus Christ was standing at the window. And He saw the whole thing. But because He loves you, He has forgiven you. Perhaps He’s wondering how long you’ll let the enemy make a slave out of you. The great thing about God is that He not only forgives, but He forgets.

What to do if we fail?

A journalist was interviewing the chairman of a reputed company. “What is the secret of your success?”, the journalist asked. “Taking the correct decision – it is the secret of my success”, said the man. “How could you practice yourself in taking the correct decisions?” “Experiences taught me.” “How could you manage to get those experiences?, the journalist raised another question. “Through the wrong decisions and I learned from its consequences,” replied the chairman.

Though some had failures, they became successful men because they did not see failure as an end. They were not ready to give up life in front of failures. They continued their journey of life depending on God.

Prayer:

Lord, strengthen our faith as if no failures could shatter. Teach us not to see failures as an end but as an opportunity for a new beginning. Make us convinced that the success of life is not always being victorious or not committing any mistake. Bless us with trust and hope in order to move forward in our life without giving away to despair. Amen.

Just an Hour

The man came home from work late again, tired and irritated, to find his 5 year old sonwaiting for him at the door.

"Daddy, may I ask you a question?"

"Yeah, sure, what is it?" replied the man.

"Daddy, how much money do you make an hour?"

"That's none of your business! What makes you ask such a thing?" the man said angrily.

"I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?" pleaded the little boy.

"If you must know, I make $20.00 an hour."

"Oh," the little boy replied, head bowed. Looking up, he said,

"Daddy, may I borrow $10.00 please?"

The father was furious. "If the only reason you wanted to know how much money I make is just so you can borrow some to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you're being so selfish. I work long, hard hours everyday and don't have time for such childish games."

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even madder about the little boy's questioning.

How dare he ask such questions only to get some money.

After an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think he may have been a little hard on his son.

Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $10.00, and he really didn't ask for money very often. The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door.

"Are you asleep son?" he asked.

"No daddy, I'm awake," replied the boy.

"I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier," said the man.

"It's been a long day and I took my aggravation out on you. Here's that $10.00 you asked for."

The little boy sat straight up, beaming. "Oh, thank you daddy!" he yelled.

Then, reaching under his pillow, he pulled out some more crumpled up bills.

The man, since the boy already had money, started to get angry again. The little boy slowly counted out his money, then looked up at the man.

"Why did you want more money if you already had some?" the father grumbled.

"Because I didn't have enough, but now I do," the little boy replied.

"Daddy, I have $20.00 now. Can I buy an hour of your time?"

My Precious Daughter (A LOVE LETTER FROM GOD TO HIS DAUGHTER)

My precious daughter,

I will never leave you,

I will never forsake you,

I will be faithful until the end,

You are more than just “my daughter”

You are my princess,

My beloved, my delight,

I rejoice in you,

You are beautiful,

You shine with light,

You have dove’s eyes,

I rejoice in you with singing,

I will quiet you with my love,

Hold you in my arms,

Never let you go,

For you are never alone,

You never have been alone,

I’ve been with you all along,

Your whole life,

I understand your pain,

My sacrifice wasn’t for nothing,

Let me tell you I understand your confusion,

I understand your anger and frustration,

I understand your tears,

And I care,

Very much,

For you,

Everything that is important to you,

Is important to me too,

My love for you will never end,

I will not leave you for another,

I will not abandon you ever,

No matter how far you go,

My love will never end.

I have examined you heart,

I know everything about you,

When you sit down or stand up,

I know your thoughts,

Even when you are far away,

I see you when you travel,

Or when you rest at home,

I see the tears that fall from your eyes,

I see the heartache in your home,

Believe me I know the lies,

I know the temptations,

But I am here,

I know what you are going to say,

Even before you say it.

I go before you and follow,

I place my hand of blessing on your head,

Such knowledge is beyond comprehension,

It is too wonderful for you to understand,

You can never escape from my Spirit,

You can never get away from my presence!

If you go up to heaven, I am there;

If you go down to the grave, I am there.

If you ride the wings of the morning,

If you dwell by the farthest oceans,

Even there my hand will guide you,

And my strength will support you.

You could ask the darkness to hide you,

And the light around you to become night,

But even in darkness you cannot hide from me,

To me night shine as day,

Darkness and light are the same to me,

I made all the delicate, inner parts of your body,

I made your heart,

I know what makes you hurt,

I know what makes you cry,

I know what makes you tick,

I know what breaks your heart the most,

And I know how to comfort you,

I know how to make you smile,

I know how to love you,

I know how to be a daddy who loves,

Such a beautiful daughter like you,

You long for acceptance,

When you were already accepted into my family,

You are fearfully and wonderfully made,

I love you more than you know,

I will fill your heart with the love and peace you long for,

I saw you before you were born,

I knit you together in your mother’s womb,

Even then I loved you,

And I was proud of you,

And I thought of you as my beautiful daughter, my princess,

Everyday of your life is recorded in my book,

Every moment was laid out,

Every moment that would bring you joy,

Every moment that would bring you pain.

My thoughts about you are precious,

They cannot be numbered,

They out number the grains of sand,

And when you wake up in the morning,

I am still with you,

I love you more than you know,

You are beautiful to me,

Even though you feel something is always wrong,

Just look into my eyes,

See how I see you,

A beautiful princess,

With beautiful eyes that shine with my love and my light,

I love you,

And I will say it again,

I love you,

My princess, my beloved,

My precious daughter,

I love you,

I love you,

I love you.

Don’t give up,

For I see the brokenness in your families,

In your friendships,

I see the pain in your eyes,

Your beautiful heart,

That used to be so filled joy,

Is now crushed beneath your burdens,

But you’re still beautiful to me,

So beautiful to me,

I will heal you and restore you once again,

My precious daughter,

I will never leave you,

I will never forsake you,

I will be faithful until the end,

Faithful until the end…

Your loving Father and Daddy, Prince of Peace, King of Glory,

-Jesus.

My Confessions. ♥

“We all have a purpose. Just pray and trust God, everything will be alright.“Everyone says it but have we tried saying it to ourselves?

If you’re going to asked me, I tried saying those lines to other people but sometimes I haven’t tried it in myself. People see me as a strong person but I admit, I’m weak just like them. I stumbled, I failed many times but still I’m standing by the grace of God. I’m not exempted for having mistakes. I’m just a person who received God’s Grace. Where would I be without His Grace? One thing that makes me strong is that,

I always reflect on what Jesus Christ had done. I always remind myself, “Jesus Christ died for me.”

Yes, I admit, I cried every night, not because I’m broken hearted with someone but I’m crying because I made my Daddy cry. He doesn’t want to see me crying. He doesn’t want to see me hurting. Sometimes, He even bared all the pains, and I can feel it. It’s ironic but it’s true. I hate it when I made Him sad but I admit, I do it many times. I just pray and repent but what’s amazing in Him, is that, He STILL accepts me and He still loves me.

People see me as if I don’t have any problems but deep inside I’m hurting. People do hurt and bare all the pain inside. I love to bare all the pain and I don’t show it to other people. I’m showing all the emotions to my Dad. I’m a type of person who loves to see people who are smiling and laughing even though, I’m hurting. In layman’s term, it can be called a “MARTYR” but in my own perspective, I called it “SACRIFICING.” It may be weird, but yes, that’s me. All my hurts, disappointments, failures, sacrifices, they’re all three-fourths of what Jesus Christ had done in the Cross. That’s the ULTIMATE SACRIFICE ever done in the history and I think nothing/no one can beat it.

I tried to live without a purpose but I realize that it’s hard to live without it. Without a purpose, how can you move on? I think that I can live my own life but I was wrong. When I met God, I turned 180 degrees. Knowing God is equivalent to knowing your purpose. You accept His Son, Jesus Christ, not because, you want to know your purpose or someone pushes you to accept Him, but because, YOU LOVE HIM. No reasons. Love will flow unto your life. We designed in different purposes but it all goes back to one word: LOVE. You do it simply because YOU LOVE GOD.

As the cliché goes, forget the past. It’s hard to move on when it comes on how God saved you by accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. I may fail but here I am, still standing. It’s true, that no matter how try you run from Him, He still follow you. He can’t take a single day without seeing you. I can proof it. By the grace of God, I can prove it.

Even though, I’m imperfect, He still loves me and accepts me. He always makes me smile. He always allowed me to feel His love by the people I love. He always allowed me to see a new day. He allows me study in a university. I still have home, I still have my family, I can eat three times a day. He allows me to have problems so that I can be wise. Words can’t be described to prove it but try it, look at the mirror. :). Isn’t it enough that YOU EXIST to prove His Love for you?

We may have different point of view or different opinion and I respect it for that. We write not to impress but to express. To sum it up, I failed many times but here I am, still standing all because of His Grace. :)

Bird Cage

A man was on the side of the road with a large birdcage. A boy noticed that the cage was full of birds of many kinds. "Where did you get those birds?" he asked. "Oh, all over the place," the man replied. "I lure them with crumbs and pretend I'm their friend. Then when they are close, I net them and shove them into my cage." "And what are you going to do with them now?" The man grinned, "I'm going to prod them with sticks, and get them really mad so they fight and kill each other. Those that survive, I will kill. None will escape." The boy looked steadily at the man. What made him do such things? He looked into the cruel, hard eyes. Then he looked at the birds, defenseless, without hope. "Can I buy those birds?" the boy asked. The man hid a smile, aware that he could be on to a good thing if he played his cards right. "Well," he said hesitantly, "The cage is pretty expensive, and I spent a lot of time collecting these birds, I'll tell you what I'll do, I'll let you have the lot, birds, cage and all for ten pounds and that jacket you're wearing." The boy paused, ten pounds was all he had, and the jacket was new and very special, in fact it was his prized possession. Slowly, he took out the ten pounds and handed it over, then even more slowly he took off his jacket, gave it one last look then handed that over too. He received the cage from the man. And then (well, you might have guessed it) he opened the door and let the birds go free. The Enemy of the world, Satan, was on the side of life's road with a verylarge cage. The man coming towards him noticed that it was crammed full of people of every kind, young, old, from every race and nation. "Where did you get these people?" the man asked. "Oh, from all over the world," Satan replied. "I lure them with drink, drugs, lust, lies, anger, hate, love of money and all manner of things. I pretend I'm their friend, out to give them a good time, then when I've hooked them, into the cage they go." "And what are you going to do with them now?" asked the man. Satan grinned. "I'm going to prod them, provoke them, get them to hate and destroy each other; I'll stir up racial hatred, defiance of law and order; I'll make people bored, lonely, dissatisfied, confused and restless. It's easy. People will always listen to what I offer them and what's better, blame God for the outcome!" "And then what?" the man asked. "Those who do not destroy themselves, I will destroy. None will escape me." The man stepped forward. "Can I buy these people from you?", he asked. Satan snarled, "Yes, but it will cost you your life." So Jesus Christ, the Son of God, paid for your release, your freedom from Satan's trap, with His own life, on the cross at Calvary. The door is open, and anyone, whom Satan has deceived and caged, can be set free.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight ----Proverbs 3:5-6----

20 Cans of Success

1. Why should I say I can't when the Bible says I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength? (Phil. 4:13)

2. Why should I lack when I know that God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus? (Phil.4:19)

3. Why should I fear when the Bible says God has not given me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind? (2 Timothy 1:7)

4. Why should I lack faith to fulfill my calling knowing that God has allotted to me a measure of faith? (Romans 12:3)

5. Why should I be weak when the Bible says that the Lord is my strength of my life and that I will display strength and take action because I know God? (Psalm 27:1, Daniel 11:32)

6. Why should I allow Satan supremacy over my life when He that is in mine is greater than he that is in the world? (1 John 4:4)

7. Why should I accept defeat when the Bible says that God always leads me in triumph?
(2 Corinthians 2:14)

8. Why should I lack wisdom when Christ became wisdom to me from God and God gives wisdom to me generously when I ask Him for it? (1 Corinthians 1:30, James 1:5)

9. Why should I be depressed when I recall to mind God's loving kindness, compassion, and faithfulness and have hope? (Lamentations 3:21-22)

10. Why should I worry and fret when I can cast all my anxiety on Chri)st who cares for me?
(1 Peter 5:7)

13. Why should I feel alone when Jesus said He is with me always and He will never leave me nor forsake me? (Matthew 28:20, Hebrews 13:5)

15. Why should I be discontented when I, like Paul, can learn to be content in all my circumstances? (Philippians 4:11)

17. Why should I have a persecution complex knowing that nobody can be against me when God is for me? (Romans 8:31)

18. Why should I be confused when God is the author of peace and He gives me knowledge through His indwelling Spirit? (1 Corinthians 14:33, 2:12)

19. Why should I feel like a failure when I am a conqueror in all things through Christ? (Romans 8:37)

20. Why should I let the pressure of life bother me when I can take courage knowing that Jesus has overcome the world and its tribulations? (John 16:33)

Life is like a cup of coffee

A group of alumni, highly established in their careers got together to visit their old university professor. Conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. Offering his guests coffee, the professor went to the kitchen and returned with a large pot of coffee and an assortment of cups; porcelain, plastic, glass, crystal, some plain looking, some expensive, some exquisite. He told his guests to help themselves to the coffee. After everyone had a cup of coffee in hand, the professor said:"If you have noticed, all the nice looking expensive cups have been taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is normal for you to want only the best for yourselves. that is the source of your problems and stress. Be assured that the cup adds no quality to the coffee. In most cases it is just more expensive, and in some cases even hides what we drink. What all of you really wanted was coffee, not the cup. But you consciously went for the best cups. And then you began eyeing each other's cups to see who had the best one. Now consider this: Life is the coffee; the jobs, money and position in society are the cups. They are just tools to hold and contain LIFE and the type of cup we have does not define, nor change the quality of life we live. Sometimes, by concentrating only on the cup, we fail to enjoy the coffee. Savor the coffee, not the cups! The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything."

Wild Hair, No Shoes

His name is Bill. He has wild hair, wears a T-shirt with holes in it, jeans and no shoes. This was literally his wardrobe for his entire four years of college. He is brilliant. Kind of esoteric and very, very bright. He became a Christian while attending college.

Across the street from the campus is a well-dressed, very conservative church. They want to develop a ministry to the students, but are not sure how to go about it.

One day Bill decides to go there. He walks in with no shoes, jeans, his T-shirt, and wild hair. The service has already started and so Bill starts down the aisle looking for a seat. The church is completely packed and he can't find a seat. By now people are looking a bit uncomfortable, but no one says anything. Bill gets closer and closer and closer to the pulpit and when he realizes there are no seats, he just squats down right on the carpet. (Although perfectly acceptable behavior at a college fellowship, trust me, this had never happened in this church before!)

By now the people are really uptight, and the tension in the air is thick. About this time, the minister realizes that from way at the back of the church, a deacon is slowly making his way toward Bill. Now the deacon is in his eighties, has silver-gray hair, a three-piece suit, and a pocket watch. A godly man, very elegant, very dignified, very courtly. He walks with a cane and as he starts walking toward this boy, everyone is saying to themselves: "You can't blame him for what he's going to do. How can you expect a man of his age and of his background to understand some college kid on the floor?"

It takes a long time for the man to reach the boy. The church is utterly silent except for the clicking of the man's cane. All eyes are focused on him. You can't even hear anyone breathing. The people are thinking, The minister can't even preach the sermon until the deacon does what he has to do. And now they see this elderly man drop his cane on the floor. With great difficulty he lowers himself and sits down next to Bill and worships with him so he won't be alone. Everyone chokes up with emotion.

When the minister gains control he says, "What I'm about to preach, you will never remember. What you have just seen, you will never forget."

Big Impact

This one should keep us all thinking
This is a true story of something that happened just a few years ago at USC.

There was a professor of philosophy there who was a deeply committed atheist.

His primary goal for one required class was to spend the entire semester to prove that God doesn't exist.

His students were always afraid to argue with him because of his impeccable logic. Sure, some had argued in class at times, but no one had ever really gone against him because of his reputation.

At the end of every semester on the last day of class, he would say to his class of 300 students,

"If there is anyone here who still believes in Jesus, stand up!" In twenty years, no one had ever stood up.They knew what he was going to do next. He would say, "Because anyone who believes in God is a fool.If God existed, he could stop this piece of chalk from hitting the ground and breaking. Such a simple task to prove that He is God, and yet He can't do it."

And every year, he would drop the chalk unto the tile floor of the classroom and it would shatter into a hundred pieces. All of the students would do nothing but stop and stare. Most of the students thought that God couldn't exist.

Certainly, a number of Christians had slipped through, but for 20 years, they had been too afraid to stand up.

Well, a few years ago, there was a freshman who happened to enroll. He is a Christian, and he heard the stories about his professor. He was required to take the class for his major, and he was afraid. But for three months that semester, he prayed every morning that he would have the courage to stand up no matter what the professor said, or what the class thought. Nothing they said could ever shatter his faith... he hoped.

Finally, the day came. The professor said, "If there is anyone here who still believes in God, stand up!"

The professor and the class of 300 people looked at him, shocked, as he stood up at the back of the classroom.

The professor shouted, "You FOOL!! If God existed, he would keep this piece of chalk from breaking when it hit the ground! "

He proceeded to drop the chalk but as he did, it slipped out of his fingers, off his shirt cuff unto
the pleat of his pants, down to his leg, and off his shoe. As it hit the ground, it simply rolled away unbroken.

The professor's jaw dropped as he stared at the chalk. He looked up at the man, and then ran out of the lecture hall. The young man, who had stood, proceeded to walk to the front of the room and shared his faith in Jesus for the next half hour. 300 students stayed and listened as he told of God's love for them and of His power through Jesus.

Most - The Bridge

Being Safe

Once, there was a man who received a letter. The man was surprised when he saw that the letter came from Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ said in the letter that He was going to stay at the man's house for a while. Without any hesitation, the man suddenly prepared the most beautiful room in the world. Think of it like more than a king's VIP room. He got best decorators to design the room he is preparing. They got the biggest and most expensive bed, put in some expensive furnitures, wrapped the room entirely with the best wallpapers and such.

Then, a day after everything was fixed and in order, Jesus knocked on the man's door. The man prepared the best meals in town just for Jesus. Just imagine like it was a buffet for 2 people. They talked and talked for hours.

When night came, the man heard a loud knock from the door. At first, he was just ignoring it but the knocking didn't stop. So he finally went and answered the door. When he opened the door, he was surprised because the one causing all the racket was a demon. Upon seeing that it was a demon, he hurried to close the door but the demon was strong. He couldn't close the door completely so he had to battle with it. Until finally, the demon gave up.

On the second night, there was it again, the loud knocking on the door. He answered it but this time, there wasn't just one but three of them now. So, of course he had to battle with them again and again so that he could completely close the door and keep them away from getting inside his house.

This time, the man questioned himself, doesn't Jesus hear the door? why doesn't He help me fighting the demons at the door. Then the man went and asked Jesus about this. Jesus answered,"Son, you only made me Lord of this room and not the whole house". Minutes later, the man instantly prayed, received Jesus Christ and made him Lord of his house.

The third night came, and there was it again. The loud knocking at the door, this time, Jesus was the one who answered the door. Once He opened the door, He saw satan and an army of demons. Jesus asked, "What do you want from this house?". Satan answered in hush tone, "Nothing, sorry we got the wrong house. :)". Then satan and his army went off and never came back ever again.

I Love You ♥

Dear Mommy,

Hi, Mommy. I'm your baby. You don't know me yet, I'm only a few weeks old. You're going to find out about me soon, though, I promise. Let me tell you some things about me. My name is John, and I've got beautiful brown eyes and black hair. Well, I don't have it yet, but I will when I'm born. I'm going to be your only child, and you'll call me your one and only. I'm going to grow up without a daddy mostly, but we have each other. We'll help each other, and love each other. I want to be a doctor when I grow up.

You found out about me today, Mommy! You were so excited, you couldn't wait to tell everyone. All you could do all day was smile, and life was perfect. You have a beautiful smile, Mommy. It will be the first face I will see in my life, and it will be the best thing I see in my life. I know it already.

Today was the day you told Daddy. You were so excited to tell him about me! ...He wasn't happy, Mommy. He kind of got angry. I don't think that you noticed, but he did. He started to talk about something called wedlock, and money, and bills, and stuff I don't think I understand yet. You were still happy, though, so it was okay. Then he did something scary, Mommy. He hit you. I could feel you fall backward, and your hands flying up to protect me. I was okay... but I was very sad for you. You were crying then, Mommy. That's a sound I don't like. It doesn't make me feel good. It made me cry, too. He said sorry after, and he hugged you again. You forgave him, Mommy, but I'm not sure if I do. It wasn't right. You say he loves you... why would he hurt you? I don't like it, Mommy.

Finally, you can see me! Your stomach is a little bit bigger, and you're so proud of me! You went out with your mommy to buy new clothes, and you were so so so happy. You sing to me, too. You have the most beautiful voice in the whole wide world. When you sing is when I'm happiest. And you talk to me, and I feel safe. So safe. You just wait and see, Mommy. When I am born I will be perfect just for you. I will make you proud, and I will love you with all of my heart.

I can move my hands and feet now, Mommy. I do it because you put your hands on your belly to feel me, and I giggle. You giggle, too. I love you, Mommy.

Daddy came to see you today, Mommy. I got really scared. He was acting funny and he wasn't talking right. He said he didn't want you. I don't know why, but that's what he said. And he hit you again. I got angry, Mommy. When I grow up I promise I won't let you get hurt! I promise to protect you. Daddy is bad. I don't care if you think that he is a good person, I think he's bad. But he hit you, and he said he didn't want us. He doesn't like me. Why doesn't he like me, Mommy?

You didn't talk to me tonight, Mommy. Is everything okay?

It's been three days since you saw Daddy. You haven't talked to me or touched me or anything since that. Don't you still love me, Mommy? I still love you. I think you feel sad. The only time I feel you is when you sleep. You sleep funny, kind of curled up on your side. And you hug me with your arms, and I feel safe and warm again. Why don't you do that when you're awake, any more?

I'm 21 weeks old today, Mommy. Aren't you proud of me? We're going somewhere today, and it's somewhere new. I'm excited. It looks like a hospital, too. I want to be a doctor when I grow up, Mommy. Did I tell you that? I hope you're as excited as I am. I can't wait.

...Mommy, I'm getting scared. Your heart is still beating, but I don't know what you are thinking. The doctor is talking to you. I think something's going to happen soon. I'm really, really, really scared, Mommy. Please tell me you love me. Then I will feel safe again. I love you!

Mommy, what are they doing to me!? It hurts! Please make them stop! It feels bad! Please, Mommy, please please help me! Make them stop!

Don't worry Mommy, I'm safe. I'm in heaven with the angels now. They told me what you did, and they said it's called an abortion.

Why, Mommy? Why did you do it? Don't you love me any more? Why did you get rid of me? I'm really, really, really sorry if I did something wrong, Mommy. I love you, Mommy! I love you with all of my heart. Why don't you love me? What did I do to deserve what they did to me? I want to live, Mommy! Please! It really, really hurts to see you not care about me, and not talk to me. Didn't I love you enough? Please say you'll keep me, Mommy! I want to live smile and watch the clouds and see your face and grow up and be a doctor. I don't want to be here, I want you to love me again! I'm really really really sorry if I did something wrong. I love you!

I love you, Mommy.

Jesus Loves You. :D

Every Sunday afternoon, after the morning service at their church, the Pastor and his 11-year-old son would go out into their town and hand out Gospel tracts. This particular Sunday afternoon, as it came time for the Pastor and his son to go to the streets with their tracts, it was very cold outside as well as pouring down rain. The boy bundled up in his warmest and driest clothes and said excitedly,

"Okay Dad, I'm ready!" His Pastor Dad asked, "Ready for what?

"Dad, it's time we gather our Bible tracts together and go out." Dad responds,

"Son, it's very cold outside and it's really pouring down rain."

The boy gave his Dad a surprised look, asking,

"But Dad, aren't people still going to Hell, even though it's raining?"

Dad answered slowly, "Son, I am not going out in this weather."

Despondently the boy asks, "Dad, can I go -- Please? Come on Dad.."

His father hesitated for a moment then said, "Son, you can go.

Here's the tracts; be careful son." "Thanks, Dad!"

He jumped up and with that he was off and out the door dashing into the rain.

This 11-year-old boy walked the streets of the town going door-to-door and handing everybody he met in the street a Gospel tract.

After 2-hours of walking in the rain he was soaked to the bone-chilled wet and down to his very last Bible tract.

He stopped on a corner and looked for someone to hand a tract to but the streets were totally deserted.

Then he turned toward the first home he saw and started up the sidewalk to the front door and rang the door bell.

He rang the bell -- but nobody answered. He rang it again and again bit still no one answered.

He waited but still no answer. Finally, this 11-year-old trooper turned to leave but something stopped him.

Again, he turned to the door and rang the bell and knocked loudly on the door with his fist.

He waited, something holding him there on the front porch.

He rang again, and this time the door slowly opened.

Standing in the doorway was a very sad looking elderly lady.

She softly asked, "Yes? What can I do for you, son?"

With radiant eyes and a smile that lit up her world, this little boy said,

"Ma'am, I'm sorry if I disturbed you, but I just want to tell you that, JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU!

I came to give you my very last Gospel tract which will tell you all about Jesus and His great love."

With that he handed her his last tract, and turned to leave. She called to him as he departed,

"Thank you, son! And God bless you!" he heard a cheerful uplift to her voice.

Well, the following Sunday morning in church, Pastor Dad was in the pulpit and as the service began he asked,

"Does anybody have a testimony or want to say anything?"

Slowly, in the back row of the church, an elderly lady stood to her feet.

As she began to speak, a look of glorious radiance came from her face.

"None of you in this Church know me. I've never been here before.

You see, before last Sunday I was not a Christian. My husband has passed on, some time ago, leaving me totally alone in this world.

Last Sunday, being a particularly cold and rainy day, it was even more so in my heart . . . as I came to the end of the line where I no longer had any hope or will to live.

"So I took a rope and a chair and ascended the stairway into the attic of my home.

I fastened the rope securely to a rafter in the roof then stood on the chair and fastened the other end of the rope around my neck. "Standing on that chair, so lonely and brokenhearted, I was about to leap off when suddenly the loud ringing of my doorbell downstairs startled me.

I thought, 'Wait, I'll wait a minute, and whoever it is will go away.'

"I waited and waited-- but the ringing doorbell seemed to get louder and more insistent and then the person ringing also started knocking loudly.

I thought to myself again, 'Who on earth could this be?! Nobody ever rings my bell or comes to see me!'

"I loosened the rope from my neck and started for the front door, all the while the bell rang louder and louder.

When I opened the door and looked I could hardly believe my eyes!

"There on my front porch was the most radiant and angelic little boy I had ever seen in my life! His smile!

Oh, I could never describe it to you! And the words that came from his mouth caused my heart, that had long been dead, to leap to life again, as he exclaimed with cherub-like voice, 'Ma'am, I just came to tell you that JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU.'

"Then he gave me this Gospel tract that I now hold in my hand.

As the little angel disappeared back out, into the damp cold and rain, I then closed my door and read slowly every word of this Gospel tract. Then I went up to my attic to get my rope and chair.

I wouldn't be needing them any more. "You see, I am now a happy child of the KING, and since the address of your church was on the back of this Gospel tract I have come here to personally say, 'Thank you to God's little angel who came just in the nick of time, and by doing so, spared my soul from an eternity in Hell.'

" There were now no dry eyes in the church. As shouts of praise and honor to the KING resounded off the very rafters of the building, Pastor Dad descended from the pulpit to the front pew where the little angel was seated. He took him in his arms and sobbed uncontrollably.

Probably no church has had a more glorious moment and probably this Universe has never seen a Papa that was more filled with love and honor for his son, except for one: This Father, God, also allowed His Son, Jesus, to go out into a cold and dark world. He received His Son back with unspeakable, and as all of Heaven shouted praises and honor to the King, the Father sat His beloved Son on a throne far above all principality and power and every name that is named. There may be someone, reading this, who is also going through a dark, cold and lonely time in your soul. You may be a Christian, for we are not without problems, or you may not yet know the King. Whatever the case, and whatever the problem or situation you find yourself in, and no matter how dark it may seem, I want you to know that I just came to tell you, "JESUS REALLY DOES LOVE YOU!"

"'For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.(John 3:16)

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.'" John 3:16-18 (NIV)

An Important Guest

Ruth went to her mailbox and there was only one letter. She picked it up and looked at it before opening, but then she looked at the envelope again. There was no stamp, no postmark, only her name and address. She read the letter:

Dear Ruth,

I'm going to be in your neighborhood Saturday afternoon and I'd like to stop by for a visit.

Love Always,

Jesus

Her hands were shaking as she placed the letter on the table. "Why would the Lord want to visit me? I'm nobody special. I don't have anything to offer." With that thought, Ruth remembered her empty kitchen cabinets. "Oh my goodness, I really don't have anything to offer. I'll have to run down to the store and buy something for dinner."

She reached for her purse and counted out its contents. Five dollars and forty cents. "Well, I can get some bread and cold cuts, at least." She threw on her coat and hurried out the door. A loaf of French bread, a half-pound of sliced turkey, and a carton of milk...leaving Ruth with a grand total of twelve cents to last her until Monday.

Nonetheless, she felt as she headed home, her meager offerings tucked under her arm. "Hey lady, can you help us, lady?" Ruth had been so absorbed in her dinner plans, she hadn't even noticed two figures huddled in the alleyway. A man and a woman, both of them dressed in little more than rags.

"Look lady, I ain't got a job, ya know, and my wife and I have been living out here on the street, and, well, now it's getting cold and we're getting kinda hungry and, well, if you could help us, lady, we'd really appreciate it." Ruth looked at them both.

They were dirty, they smelled bad and, frankly, she was certain that they could get some kind of work if they really wanted to. "Sir, I'd like to help you, but I'm a poor woman myself. All I have is a few cold cuts and some bread, and I'm having an important guest for dinner tonight and I was planning on serving that to Him."

"Yeah, well, OK lady, I understand. Thanks anyway."

The man put his arm around the woman's shoulders, turned and headed back into the alley. As she watched them leave, Ruth felt a familiar twinge in her heart. "Sir, wait!"The couple stopped and turned as she ran down the alley after them. "Look, why don't you take this food. I'll figure out something else to serve my guest." She handed the man her grocery bag. "Thank you lady. Thank you very much!" "Yes, thank you!" It was the man's wife, and Ruth could see now that she was shivering.

"You know, I've got another coat at home. Here, why don't you take this one." Ruth unbuttoned her jacket and slipped it over the woman's shoulders. Then smiling, she turned and walked back to the street...without her coat and with nothing to serve her guest. "Thank you lady! Thank you very much!"

Ruth was chilled by the time she reached her front door, and worried too. The Lord was coming to visit and she didn't have anything to offer Him. She fumbled through her purse for the door key. But as she did, she noticed another envelope in her mailbox. "That's odd. The mailman doesn't usually come twice in one day." She took the envelope out of the box and opened it.

Dear Ruth,

It was so good to see you again. Thank you for the lovely meal. And thank you, too, for the beautiful coat.

Love Always,

Jesus

Knowing your true self!

This is just an excerpt from Discover Who You Really
Are - written by Este Geldenhuys

My ‘I am' is hidden in the great ‘I AM'! Thank God!
It's wonderful to take stock of who I am in Him, according to the Word.

I am a new creation:
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
2 Corinthians 5:17

I am one spirit with Him:
But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him.
1 Corinthians 6:17

I am a child of God:
Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall
see Him as He is.
1 John 3:2

I am an heir of God:
Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
Galatians 4:7

I am a citizen and also a member of the household of God:
Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God.
Ephesians 2:19

I am an earthen vessel filled with his power:
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.
2 Corinthians 4:7

I am a branch of the true vine (I have not been cast off):
I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
John 15:5

I was chosen in Him before the foundation of the world and called to be holy and without blame before Him:
...just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love...
Ephesians 1:4

I am a partaker of the divine nature of Jesus:
...by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
2 Peter 1:4

I am a king and priest to the Father:
...and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever.
Revelation 1:6

I have been raised up from death caused by sin and now sit together with Jesus in heavenly places:
...even when we were dead in trespasses, [God] made us alive together with Christ (by
grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together
in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus...
Ephesians 2:5-6

God's Spirit is in me:
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
1 Corinthians 2:12

I have been called to be a saint (not a sinner):
...to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. . .
1 Corinthians 1:2

I am strong in Him:
I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God abides in you, and you have overcome the wicked one.
1 John 2:14

I am more than a conqueror through Him:
Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.
Romans 8:37

I no longer live, but Christ lives in me:
I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
Galatians 2:20

Pressure in your life?

It's been a week since I last updated Kira's blog. I had lots of activities and I always go to bed late night and wake up early. I never forget to read my Bible even though I have things to do. I got a verse which struck me the most.

"Am I now trying to win the approval of men, or of God? Or am I trying to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ."
- Galatians 1:10

I've reflected on this verse. Am I trying to impress the people or am I trying to impress God?

I've got this verse, well, I'd share it in our class and this moment, I realize that verse.

"He must become greater; I must become less."
- John 3:30

I'd realize, should I boast myself more or should I boast about Jesus?

When I opened the internet, I opened the site:
www.biblegateway.com

and for the verse of the day, it goes like this:

“But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not consider his appearance or his height, for I have rejected him. The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.”

- 1 Samuel 16:7

You've seen the connection?

God looks at our heart. Yes, actions are important but what matter most is what's in your heart.

When I opened www.dare2share.org, this is what I saw:

http://www.dare2share.org/students/what-will-be-your-teen-choice-award/

I just want to bring glory to Him because I love Him. :)

So, what's your verse for this day or for your situation today? :)

As what Kira said in his one of his blog,

"You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength."
- Philippians 4:13

So, cheer up, stand up, don't get pressure in your studies or in your life.

Remember:

THE BEST IS YET TO COME. :)

School pressure

Hello again guys! Today, our adviser just gave us our school projects and I just really felt the pressure of being a student. My college course is Software Development. To be less specific, it's kind of like Computer Science but it's a little more complicated since we also have some subjects that are related with Information Technology.

Now, here's how it is. I'm feeling the BIG pressure because, we have case studies on all our major subjects: vb.NET, ASP.NET, and C++. All our case studies would be passed after three(3) to six(6) weeks starting today.

In vb.NET, we were grouped into two and we're supposed to make a system that's different from the usual. Well, actually, he didn't say different but from my own point of view, I'd rather create something different than the usual. Something that's special and would be used by every person.

In ASP.NET, we were grouped as individual. Judging from the current status of my knowledge in this field, I don't think I could create a website with good design and a simple database. And in C++, our adviser haven't told us yet, so I don't have problems with this one yet.

Now, there's one more subject that I have a problem with. It's only a minor subject but it is a very tiring subject namely, English 3: Speech Communication. We have to do newscasting, which by the way is finished yesterday, a talk show, a documentary film, and a short film.

Well, It's just easy but my schedule is kind if full from Monday-Sunday. I'm just lucky now because I didn't get my On-the-Job Training this semester, unlike my classmates. Almost all of them took their OJT's and next semester would be very devastating. :)

I would have my OJT and my thesis plus documentation. That's hard! Without a balanced schedule, It'd be very very hard.

Later today, I got this message from someone...

I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength.
-- Philippians 4:13

and this one..

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
-- Matthew 11:28

It's just great to see how God works and comforts us through all the people around us. So, if you want some comfort, just open your bibles and read. :)

My Super ONE!

I found this cool contest from the Globe Tattoo last July 26, 2010, namely, the Super One Blogger Contest and I thought about joining it as soon as I've seen it. But of course, I've got a lot of things to do since I'm just still a 17-year-old boy who goes to school so, I didn't get a chance to write from the very beginning.

For some info, Globe tattoo is one of the many amazing products given by Globe, one of the biggest network providers in the Philippines, and this is what I am using right now to write this post. LOL, am only on prepaid though but I sure would like to avail of their Super One product one of these days, because I am a heavy internet, call and text user that's why I usually go for the unlimited stuff(much more costly than postpaid subscribers, I think).

Anyways, the clock is ticking and I still haven't told you who my Super one is. Wish me luck! Well, here it goes...

First of all, I do not know who is my super one yet, I've been thinking about it for about 3 days now, I've got 2 people whom I really really love and they all fit to be my super one. And now I've chosen the best one. Hope you agree with me on this. :)

It's our great big daddy God. Of course, I don't have any picture of Him or with Him but He's always there for us even if we don't see Him. So, I just put up something that I think best represents Him. Did you know that He loves you very much? even if you've had committed a lot of sins? Here's a little story that I'd like to share in Filipino. For people who'd like to read in English, you can still read, just use the translator button on the bar below. :)

Kunwari, may Php1000 ako, yung bago, walang lukot o sulat. Kapag iniwan ko 'yan sa daan, sigurado may kukuha n'yan. Paano 'pag linukot ko yung Php1000? May kukuha pa ba? Aba! Syempre naman meron 'di ba? Eh paano naman kung pinag-apakan ko na? May kukuha pa ba? Of course naman, sayang ang 1k. Eh paano kung nahulog na sa kanal yung Php1000? Yes! Meron pa din. Don't be shocked kasi ang Php1000, Php1000 pa din naman yan eh. Di naman magbabago yung value nyan.

So, now here's the explanation:

Imagine that you are that Php1000. You've been crumpled, stepped on, written on, thrown into the canals and still, there is gonna be one person that's gonna come and get you. And that one person is God. Those things that were done to you, they represent every sin you've made. You probably are thinking that you are so dirty because of all the sins you've made. But nevertheless, in God's eyes you are still you, your value is still the same for Him. He will forget every sin you've made.

"For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more."

-- Hebrews 8:12

Watch this:

Do you see how much He loves you? He sent a his one and only Son just to save us.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

-- John 3:16

He's like a suitor that keeps on loving you even if you don't love Him back! That's why He's my Super One! How about you? Who's your super one?

I Won't Last A Week without You

Good bye PRELIMS.
Hello MIDTERMS.
(in my part)

I didn't expect that this week would be a HAGGARD, STRESSFUL week.

When Monday came, I didn't go home early. Supposed to be, my dismissal would be 6 o'clock but I went home at 8 o'clock because I have school works to do and my part as a part of our school publication. That's my schedule this school week. I've sacrificed my bible study every Wednesday morning for an activity in our school. I usually cry hard to God every night before I sleep. Thursday is our Prelims day until this day. This day, I went to school by 7 o'clock in the morning and the test starts at 12 o'clock. My co-workers in our school publication and I distributed our school newspaper in the whole university.

BUT

Even my school week is too busy, I really won't last a week without thanking Him and without talking to God.

Tomorrow is our Youth Gig and unfortunately, I will not go early in our Church cause we have a shooting tomorrow but I will go to our Church after our shooting.

I've just learned that:

"No matter how tired you are, if we acknowledge God's Presence in our lives by Praying or by Reading His Word, there would never be a day without Him."

Oh.. I miss something this day but I know God has a purpose. =)

"Just TRUST His will, Lay your burdens unto Him and EVERYTHING WILL BE ALRIGHT."

A bad start!

Today was the first day of our preliminary exams for the current semester, and it was way too hard! Hard for me because I didn't prepare for the exam. I thought it was just gonna be easy but it wasn't. I was too confident that I'd get the answers to the test so easily 'coz I studied and listened very well during class but as the exam sheets were passed to me, my confidence in answering those questions was lost. I already knew the answers to the questions but my mind just went blank all of a sudden. I don't know why and I don't know how but that's why my confidence was lost.

I had two exams today, namely, English:Public Speaking and Visual Basic.NET. First one is English, I was late for about 10-15 minutes when the exam started, students who are late for 10-15 minutes aren't allowed to take the test but luckily, by the grace of God, my proctor let me in without hesitation and let me take the test. :)

Yes, I took the test and sat in front of the proctor's desk. But when he handed me the test questions, I was like "Oh man!" because I didn't know the answers. There was an identification, an enumeration, and lastly an essay. The identification part, I answered only about 2-3 questions. On the enumeration, I had no answer. Haha, but I urged myself to answer the essay even though that was my only hope in passing the exam, I think! And so, I explained every single question in the essays portion. I just pray that those answers would let me pass the exam. :)

Next was the VB.NET exam. This time I was really sure I would be getting the test since it is just the same as visual basic but NO! We were pretty sure that our teacher would give us an identification kind of test since we only managed to discuss about the 47 different kinds of tools in vb.net but my classmates and I, we were all surprised when we saw the test questions. The test had 10 identification items and 60 enumeration items!

Come on! That's too harsh isn't it? I only got about 20 of the 47 tools and of course I also got the other items but enumerating the 47 tools wasn't what we wanted. LOL :)

Every Monday morning, I always go to the prayerworks of our church, but today, I didn't have the chance to go. I woke up at 2am in the morning and I decided to sleep for about 30 minutes only since the service will come at 4:30. And so, I fell asleep but at around 4:55 my friends were calling me on my phone and I woke up. When I reached for my phone, I realized that I was too late so I didn't try to go and catch up with them. I continued my sleep then.

And just now, I realized how important it is for us to start our day in prayer. Without me going to prayerworks today, my day went bad, and maybe the whole week too. But God would always be faithful, He won't let us be harmed. :)

Always start your day with a prayer and everything would be alright!

Comfort and Power by Jeanette Wilson

As I browsed my facebook, I saw this story. :). Allow me to share it to you. :)

A child was telling her Father that her Brother had just saved her life. Her Father was very pleased and her Brother smiling said, "Sister, I have a gift for you. He will be with you forever." And He gave her a horse who was magnificent. Her brother said, "I have named Him Comfort and Power."

Her Father looking on said, "Here is a book of instruction. Go and tell everyone what your Brother has done for you. Whenever you want you may return and refresh yourself and also Comfort and Power. Then we can visit."

The child in her excitement, quickly grabbed a bit for Comfort and Power and led Him with the reins. She thought I can go in any direction, left or right or straight ahead. She would miss Father and Brother but she had Comfort and Power to accompany her.

She chose the left path. Her heart was so full of joy that she felt very powerful. The further she went she noticed that Comfort and Power grew weaker. It was a struggle for her to control Comfort and Power. However, she wanted to please Father and Brother by doing what they had asked.

She saw a group of people ahead gathered in a field. So, she ran toward them dragging Comfort and Power with her. When she started to speak her words were all mixed up and she was sorry she could not express the joy she felt in her heart. The child managed to tell what her Brother had done for her and wanted the people to come and see Father and Brother for themselves. But, the people looked at her with confusion and no enthusiasm. She and Comfort and Power left.

By this time it was getting dark and the child was very tired. She did not understand why the people did not receive her news with great joy. Comfort and Power was weak and she remembered what Father had said, "Come and refresh yourself along with Comfort and Power whenever you like."

The child missed Father and Brother. Comfort and Power did not seem very comforting or powerful just now.
She looked around and realized she had forgotten the instruction book Father had given her. Suddenly she felt so alone. But, a small still voice who thought was her Brother said, "Release control of Comfort and Power. He will lead you home."

The child climbed on Comfort and Power's back and let go of the reins. Suddenly, He was very powerful and took the child straight to Father and Brother. It was so effortless that they seemed to have wings.

At once she saw Father with His arms open wide and Brother on His right praying for His sister. She saw the instruction book still in Fathers' hand and realized how foolish she had been to think she could go and tell without it.
They ate and visited together and the child and Comfort and Power were ready to go and tell as Father and Brother had asked. Father said, "Child, you cannot do anything by yourself and in your own strength. This is why Brother saved your life and gave you Comfort and Power. Trust in Him. He will empower you for your task."

The child was very happy and started the second day of her new life with Comfort and Power in control which she received from her Brother and the instruction book that Father had given her.
Suddenly, she found herself on a mountaintop. There she soaked in the book Father had given her. Oh how wonderful and nourishing the words were.

At times she experienced much sadness over faults and failures of hers pointed out in the book. But, it was not long until waves of forgiveness swept over her and a new understanding developed in the child's heart.
Comfort and Power was helping the child understand the book and they would talk about it and visit Father and Brother often.

Days turned into weeks and weeks into months as the child prepared to serve others as the book instructed. Comfort and Power was teaching and empowering her just as Father had said.

There was a continued longing and desire to go and tell others about Brother. She knew that Father had placed it there in her heart. The desire to tell others became stronger and stronger each day. It was like an aching in her soul that would not go away.

The child looked down in the valley and noticed people wandering around as if lost. She and Comfort and Power went to see Father and Brother and discuss what she should do.

Holy, Holy, Holy. The child had not noticed before the holiness of Father and Brother. The light shining forth from them was so bright she found herself on her knees in worship. She started to sing like she never knew she could and soar as if one in flight. Father God, Holy, Holy, Holy. Brother Jesus, Savior, Friend, Lord, Alpha & Omega, Bright and Morning Star, Holy, Holy, Holy. Comfort and Power was giving the child new understanding, a new language, and new sight of beings in the heavenlies.

She did not want to leave. Oh what bliss. This was her future. Comfort and Power told the child there would be many visits like this but she was needed back in the valleys and yes even the mountaintops where she could tell other. Remember, Go and Tell.

Still the child did not want to go back. She wanted to please Father and Brother though, so she asked Comfort and Power to give her the strength and wisdom to go back and tell others about Brother.

Brother said, "There are others like you. I want you to go and encourage them. Visit and fellowship with them as you do with Father and I. We are all One. There are some on the mountaintops and some in the valleys. Share with them My message of go and tell to the remotest parts of the earth. Time is short. The time is now. Hurry new and Comfort and Power will show you the way. Just ask and it will be given unto you, seek and you will find Me always."

The child felt the longing in her heart again, just like before. She knew it was the same longing as Father had in His heart. Allowing Comfort and Power control of her life, the child set out to find the others as Brother had asked.

to be continued.....

Brother - Jesus
Comfort and Power - Holy Spirit

Major Food Battle

Last Wednesday, our school held its annual Club Day and one of the activities that were held that day is a food competition. It was the first time for the school to hold this event since we didn't have an HRM course until this year.

In accordance to Nutrition month, we were asked to serve a dish that is nutritious and at the same time, very cheap. The said event happened at around 3pm, and my classmates are the ones assigned to cook the dish. We had to think of a dish that is nutritious, cheap and very interesting plus something that is not usually seen. This is our finished product:

And here are the other dishes made by other sections:

Yummy aren't they? Well, who do you think will be the winner of the said event?

The winner of the competition will be announced on July 24 during another event at Klub Bossa. And I'm hoping for our section to win, although I don't know about the prizes but getting our section to be noticed would be great too since we are the only section that have a different course from all sections.
