Stop worrying

about the news
about your job
about money
about relationships
about sports
about the stock market
about what's on tv
about your future
about your past
about your kids
about your education
about your weekend
about your wardrobe
about where you're going to eat after this.

None of that compares to what I have to tell you,
but you have to listen.

Be Silent.
Be calm.
Be still

and

know

that I am God.
