LOL! I just found this cool site that lets you change your status via any phone or any laptop. I even found an update via Calculator and an update via Nokia 3310! Hahaha! Well, of course it needs you to login to your account.

This one is for mobile users:

1. Log-in to your Facebook account via m.facebook.com
2. Go to statusvia.net
3. Choose from a wide variety of applications



4. After choosing, you may now publish your status. Just click the "Update status"




For PC users, just go to pc.statusvia.net

Youtube is nice for uploading videos. Many users still prefer to upload their videos here, but not all people likes to upload on youtube. A lot of my friends use Facebook to upload their videos but the problem is I can't download 'em directly to my computer. I have to go and get the video from them directly. A very tiring job to do but worth it when you get what you want. :)

well, now, I just found a way on how can we download these videos that are uploaded to the Facebook stream. You don't need any hacking intel here, except for the thing called "common sense". :)


Here's how we are gonna do it:

1. Get the URL of the video. The page wherein you are viewing the video itself.

2. Open the source code of the page.
Opera users -- CTRL + U
Mozilla Firefox users -- CTRL + U

3. Open up the Notepad Application on your computer and copy the source code.
We have to copy the source for us to find the video itself.

4. Press CTRL+F on your notepad and type "video_src".

5. When you have found the "video_src", you'll see something like this:

("video_src", "http%3A%2F%2Fvideo.ak.facebook.com%2Fvideo-ak-sf2p%2Fv22832%2F247%2F52%2F108774812472006_30329.mp4")

6. Copy that part of the source from http to its extension. Change all "%2F" or "%2f" to "/" and "%3A" or "%3a" to ":".

It'll look like this:

http%3A%2F%2Fvideo.ak.facebook.com%2Fvideo-ak-sf2p%2Fv22832%2F247%2F52%2F108774812472006_30329.mp4

to

http://video.ak.facebook.com/video-ak-sf2p/v22832/247/52/108774812472006_30329.mp4

7. Paste it onto your browser's address bar and hit ENTER!
Your download would be finished in no time. :)

The extension/type of file is based on what the uploader's file.
